There is only now. Past and future are an illusion created by our mind. Our mind keeps dwelling on the mistakes of the past and worrying about POSSIBLE problems in the future. Stay centered in the now. The more centered in the now we become the higher we vibrate and the harder it becomes for negative circumstances to enter.
Stay in the now. Ask ourselves what we really need at this moment. Not a day from now. Not an hour from now. Not even a few minutes from now. And I have to admit even with all my future worries, every time I ask that question, I really don't need anything.
So why keep worrying? Troublesome thoughts entered my mind a few days ago. But then I asked myself, "What do I really need now?" And I must be honest and say nothing. Troublesome thoughts entered my mind yesterday. But I again asked myself, "What do I need right now?" Again I needed nothing. Troublesome thoughts entered my mind today. But again I need nothing. Just a few minutes ago the troublesome thoughts arise again. But I concentrate on the now and ask myself, "What do I really need at this moment?" Again the answer is NOTHING! So will there every come a time when the answer will not be nothing?
And it makes you wonder if we live in a constant now with no past or present. Then everything we could ever need has to be with us right NOW. Not on its way because that would imply a time frame. Everything has to be here now. It has to be that we just don't see how to get it. Because it must be there. It has to be.
Isn't it amazing how so many of the things we need arrive at just the opportune moment. Almost like magic or a miracle. But it can't be a miracle if it is already there. It just must be something in us has let us see what we need.
It's like we endure an unnecessary struggle. Fighting because we believe in scarcity. When right in front of our eyes is a huge pot of gold. Perhaps it is because we just have to come to a point where we say, "Enough is, Enough! I'm sick of it and I'm not going to play this pointless, useless, unnecessary game anymore." And when the game ends the world is ours!

Part 2
Now Is Your Happy Life Not Tomorrow
Although it is not possible to go back in time and start your life over, you can start today by making a conscious decision to be happy, no matter what.
If you really think about it, today is really all you have, so it makes sense to make the best out of it that you possibly can.
It is so easy to get caught up in the drama that we often forget that life is supposed to be an amazing and incredible journey.
Most of us spend our time anywhere but the present moment. When you choose to be present in the moment, you can choose to make every day your best day ever.
So many people spend their time reminiscing about the past that they forget about the present moment. They forget that they are actually still creating memories.
We often look back at our life with rose-colored glasses, forgetting that those times were probably challenging as well.
Your yesterdays are memories, so it is important to cherish them because they serve as your foundation. If you think about it, today is the tomorrow you actually dreamed about yesterday!
Today should be the best day of your life because it is essentially the ONLY day of your life.
When you make today the best day ever, you choose to live with passion and purpose.
Simply put, you can choose to make this day the best day of your life because happiness is truly a decision.
The truth is that you decide what kind of day you are going to have, you and only you. You have the ultimate power and the final decision.
You can choose to get up in the morning, excited about your life. You can take back the control. You can make the decision to embrace the day for all it has to offer.
You can meet your challenges head on.
Every new day brings with it new possibilities and new adventures. You don't have to feel "stuck" if you don't want to because everything is a result of the choices you make. You have been given this day to use as you see fit. You can waste it or make the best out of it.
Happiness is something we all wish we could have more of, but how can you get there you might ask? For many people, happiness is an elusive quality and something they are always searching for.
Life is made up of a thousand tiny little moments. You can make a conscious choice to be happy in the moment, no matter what.
Everyone has certain times in their life that they look back at with happiness and joy.

The truth is that hindsight is 20/20.
Happiness, for many of us, is relevant because the formula is different for all of us. I think happiness is not a place we can go to, but rather a state of mind or an attitude.
I think you have to decide to be happy, plain and simple.
When you can learn how to be happy and to laugh at yourself, everything is easier. Your life flows much better.
Those who have a sense of humor deal with life's problems much better because they have a tendency to roll with the punches.
Everything is a matter of perspective in the end. You can choose to laugh or you can choose to cry. You can be happy or you can complain.
You can choose to see the glass as half full, instead of half empty. You can choose to be optimistic instead of pessimistic.
Laughter is a great distraction as well, and it can help you forget about your problems, even if only temporarily.
Research tells us that most children laugh at least 300 times a day with the average adult only managing a mere 17 times; it's no wonder we are all so crabby!
Laughter can help you through dark times and through happy times. Laughter can lift you up when you feel sad, and it can help you cope when things go bad.
Laughter is one of the best tools you have to deal with life's ups and downs, and it can be a miraculous healing mechanism.
When you choose to make every day your best day, you can start each new day out with a smile, instead of a frown.
The point is that happiness is a decision you must make. To make each new day your best day, you have to shift your perspective and change your attitude.
You have to look at problems as amazing opportunities in disguise. You have to make lemons out of lemonade, and trust that everything that happens, good or bad, is meant to teach you something.
This simple little shift in perspective can completely change your outlook on life. When you choose to smile and laugh in the face of adversity, you become empowered.
You begin to see that life was meant to be enjoyed as opposed to tolerated. You can choose to feel happy in the moment by stopping every once in a while to smell the roses along the way.
You can choose to enjoy a sunset and watch the world go by. You can choose to take five minutes to sit out in the sun. You can choose to watch a funny movie.
You can choose to laugh with your child or take a walk in the woods. You can make every day your best day by embracing each and every precious moment.
You can be thankful and appreciative of the things you do have that are going well.
You can feel good that you are healthy and alive.
You can feel good that you have enough money to buy food and sleep in a warm bed.
You can choose to approach everything with a sense of gratitude and appreciation because you have more than some people ever dream about.
There is always someone worse off than you, just look around and you will clearly see that you have a pretty great life. It's time to make every day your best day, no matter what.
