A Little more Wisdom Wrapped Around The Greatest Taboo Of Denial on Earth For A healthy witch is one not neurotic about SEX!

Basic Sex Magick Analogy
If you are a self claiming witch and have trouble with this you should re evaluate your witch!
Nothing can cure the soul but the senses, just as nothing can cure the senses but the soul.”
Oscar Wilde
Sex magick means using your sexuality in order to work magick. This technique is not new nor outrageous; although usually kept secret many esoteric systems use sexuality for spiritual and magical aims. Examples of such traditions are witchcraft, shamanism, alchemy, Buddhist and Hinduist tantra and ancient Egyptian religion. A probably more known form of sex magick is the ceremonial sexual union of man and woman on the land to ensure a good crop. Their fertility act should encourage the land to deliver a rich harvest. Western sex magick has its roots in Hebrew kabbalah and is spread further through several occult doctrines like the knights Templar and the free masons. Nowadays sex magick is a beautiful way of giving sex back its rightful place of sacred sexuality. It is a firm invitation to leave the trail of the sneaky, hidden-in-the-dark and ‘sinful’ sex most of us have grown up with. It is a call to stop fighting this most powerful human force and to make use of its possibilities. Since sexuality is a gift from God/the Goddess it has to be divine. Within an open and respectful sexual relationship we can experience ourselves in all our aspects: the animal part, the human part and the divine flame within. Thus the beast-man-God is connected, as well as the beast-woman-Goddess. During sexual arousal an enormous amount of energy can be channeled upwards from the genitals along the spine to the top of the head. On its way up this energy fills and cleans blockages in the Chakras, caused by emotional and psychological wounds. This explains why several spiritual paths view sexual yoga as a shortcut to enlightenment.

Why use sex for magical aims?
Simply because the creative force itself creates very powerful magick. Secondly because it is the most pleasurable magick one can do. The strong sexual force is the ‘raw oil of our body’ as Lama Yeshe stated. Several practitioners of sex magick reported that this form of magick turned out to be much stronger then the ceremonial magick they had practiced before. Sex magick does not require previous knowledge of ceremonial magick. Anyone who is dedicated to controlling and directing his or her sexual energies for magickal work, and who has a reasonable physical condition, is able to perform sex magick. However, if you don’t feel attracted to sex magick simply don’t do it! And never let someone force you into sex magick against your will.
Practicing sex magick neither implies that you have to give up sex for pleasure. It is up to you to decide how much sex you wish to use for magical rituals and how much for purely having a good time with yourself or your partner.

What is the theory behind sex magick?
In magick we manipulate a certain amount of energy into a desired direction; for that we specify a goal, raise energy and point it into the wished direction (release the energy) to achieve a manifestation in our physical reality. In sex magick we basically focus on a goal by affirmation, visualization etc.; we raise much energy through prolonged sexual arousal and we release the energy at the moment of orgasm. The goal in sex magick can be the achievement or attraction of anything wished in the physical world, like a new house, a better relationship or a healing. It can also be the charging of magickal tools or talismans. And the goal can be spiritual development.
This controlled form of love-making for higher purposes is often mentioned as the ultimate explanation of Crowley’s famous statement “Love is the Law, Love under Will.” By love Crowley meant the uniting of the opposites masculine and feminine, active and receptive, and not so much romantic love. Orgasm is considered to be the moment when ‘the gates of heaven open up’; for a while the barriers between the restricted physical world and the limitless heavens dissolve. During the precious orgasmic moments we swing away our magical desire into the universe with enormous power and a ‘magickal child’ is born. This magickal child is the astral effect of our magical action that will result in manifestation. The sexual fluids of man and woman are charged with powerful qualities because of their magick and they can be used for several purposes.

What types of sex can be used for sex magick?
In fact any sexual activity can be used to work sex magick. It can be practiced alone, it can be practiced with a partner of the same sex or of the opposite sex, and in advanced sex magick it is also possible to work with more people. But: a group sex magick ritual is never an excuse for a sexual orgy! It is a strong ritual in which several people dedicate their sexual forces towards a mutual goal. Magick is synergistic, what means that the power conjured up is geometric (1,2,4,8,16, etc., so a ritual with four people gives the energy of eight separate people!) Please remember that in no way this is an invitation to ever do a group ritual in your life unwanted, nor does it mean that joining a group ritual implies that you should also have sex with more than one partner in your personal love life. You can include all forms of sex in your ritual; it can be genital, oral or anal sex; it can be bondage, bizarre sex or whatever; as long as all partners included enjoy it and agree it’s okay.

Does sex magick feel different from regular sex?
In sex magick we concentrate on the ritual, while in regular sex we concentrate on the fantastic physical sensations and intimate togetherness. Sex magick rituals feel very pleasurable but they do feel different. They are simply intenser. A much greater amount of sexual energy is built up due to mainly two reasons:
• When you reach the brink of orgasm you back off to later on resume arousing. This leads to a stronger felt orgasm.
• While repeating the chosen affirmation during intercourse you send up energy from the genitals to the head, so you constantly send bits of genital excitement ‘away’ upwards along your spine to be stored till the moment of orgasm. By concentrating on your goal you extend the moment of orgasm and reach some sort of trance.
Sometimes I notice that halfway the ritual I can already feel the magical energy working. I feel a large amount of hot energy along my spine and the Chakras in my head, while the crown Chakra feels like a wide opened chalice or lotus flower. The energy can cause big shiverings or emotional unloads like crying, mostly after orgasm (be prepared for this and let it happen to yourself or your partner, it clears blockages). Sex magick orgasms will be intense. And after a ritual with a partner I feel reverent and grateful, realizing that we have shared something truly meaningful. Once you know the depths and values of sex magick I wonder if a partner who would prefer to stick to ‘normal’ sex could any longer satisfy your needs.

What about safe sex?
I have never heard of anyone who liked condoms, but they do have their effect on preventing sexual transferable diseases. So in case you do magick with a partner you’re not sure of his/her physical sexual health, or in case you have several partners or alternating partners – do yourself a favor and use a rubber (with favor). Please also be very careful with oral sex in case you or your partner have a bleeding wound or an ulcer in the mouth or on the genital area, or in case of an unusual looking or smelling sexual fluid. Take care of your body and see a doctor. Several sex magick authors emphasize the importance of the mingling of male and female sexual fluids; in case you have a partner who carries no sexual transferable disease it is great to (also) physically mingle sexual fluids; but in case you’re not sure please know that magick goes beyond matter, what means that on astral level sexual fluids are mingled anyway, condom or not.

Is God Imaginary ~ An Open Minded Theory
Dr Raven Dolick M.s.D. Jun 9, 2015
All rights reserved

The belief in "god" seems to be omnipresent throughout the ages.
We acknowledge, for instance, that the ancient Egyptians believed in their gods so ardently that they constructed colossal structures like the Great Pyramid - still to this day one of the largest and most enduring human constructions ever engineered. Despite that fervor, however, we know with complete certainty today that the Egyptian gods were imaginary. There is no evidence of their existence. Thus we do not build pyramids anymore and we do not mummify our leaders.
More recently we recognize that millions of Romans worshiped Jupiter and his friends, and to them they built magnificent temples. The ruins of these temples are popular tourist attractions even today. Yet we know with complete certainty that these gods were imaginary. There is no evidence for their existence and thus no one worships Zeus any more.
Even more recently, we know that the Aztec civilization believed in their gods so passionately that they constructed huge temples and other worship structures and human sacrifice alters. The Aztecs were so fanatical that they were sacrificing hundreds of people to their gods as recently as the 16th century. Despite the force, however, we know today that these gods were completely imaginary. The Aztecs were insane to be murdering people for their gods. Killing a person has no effect on rainfall or anything else. We all know that now. And there is no evidence whatsoever signifying that the Aztec gods exist. If the Aztec gods were real, we would still be offering sacrifices to them and these sacrifices would be effective.
Today's "God" is just as imaginary as were these bygone gods. The fact that millions of people worship a god is meaningless.
The "God" and the "Jesus" that Christians worship today are actually amalgams formed out of ancient pagan gods. The idea of a "virgin birth", "burial in a rock tomb", "resurrection after 3 days" and "eating of body and drinking of blood" had nothing to do with Jesus. All of the rituals in Christianity are completely man-made. Christianity is a snowball that rolled over a dozen pagan religions. As the snowball grew, it freely attached pagan rituals and beliefs in order to be more palatable to converts. You can find accounts like these in popular literature:
"The vestiges of pagan religion in Christian symbols are undeniable. Egyptian sun disks became the halos of Catholic saints. Pictograms of Isis nursing her miraculously conceived son Horus became the blueprint for our modern images of the Virgin Mary nursing Baby Jesus. And virtually all the elements of the Catholic ritual - the miter, the altar, the doxology, and communion, the act of "God-eating" - were taken directly from previous pagan cryptic religions."

"Nothing in Christianity is unique. The pre-Christian God Mithras - called the Son of God and the Light of the World - was born on December 25, died, was buried in a rock tomb, and then resurrected in three days. By the way, December 25 is also the birthday or Osiris, Adonis, and Dionysus. The newborn Krishna was presented with gold, frankincense, and myrrh. Even Christianity's weekly holy day was stolen from the pagans."
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jesus_Christ_in_comparative_mythology) "It has been noted since antiquity, and in modern scholarship since the 19th century, that Jesus Christ has conspicuous parallels to other deities worshipped in Hellenistic religion, explicitly to the cult of Dionysus in the Greek mystery religions and with Buddha.”
It is tremendously problematic for a Christian devotee to process this information due to the entrenched repetitive indoctrinated dogmatic beliefs, but nonetheless it is true. All of the "sacred rituals" of Christianity, and all of Christianity's core beliefs (virgin birth, resurrection, performing miracles) come straight from other religions that were popular around the time of Jesus. Once you understand the central truth of Christianity's origins, the silliness of the whole thing becomes evident. It has happened before and if human nature is anything to go by it will happen again. The only issue is the ever mounting ability of humans to discern fact from fiction.
Clearly the pagan believers, from whom Christianity derived its myths, revered gods that were fantasy. If Gods such as Horus, Ra, Mithras, etc. were real, we would have proof of their existence and everyone would be following those gods. Our "God" and "Jesus" today are simply extensions of these imaginary precursors. Therefore God is imaginary and new religions will continue to be invented as the older ones become obsolete due to the lack of evidence. The advances of science strengthening the desire for logical rational explanations are leaving religions wanting in the obscurity and evidently trying harder to perpetuate fear and conformity to their ways.

“One must state it plainly. Religion comes from the period of human prehistory where nobody—not even the mighty Democritus who concluded that all matter was made from atoms --had the smallest idea what was going on. It comes from the bawling and fearful infancy of our species, and is a babyish attempt to meet our inescapable demand for knowledge (as well as for comfort, reassurance and other infantile needs). Today the least educated of my children knows much more about the natural order than any of the founders of religion, and one would like to think—though the connection is not a fully demonstrable one—that this is why they seem so uninterested in sending fellow humans to hell.”

So in the same LIGHT my kind ones:
Black magic practitioners have been either misunderstood or shunned by many for various reasons. However, it is important to understand that black magic draws its practices on assumed malevolent powers. Some people have misused these powers to kill, harm, steal, and cause destruction for personal gain. Not everything to do with this form of magic is malevolent as there are many benevolent factors behind it. It is only used by several practitioners to ward off evil and kill diseases.
The casting of powerful spells by a spell caster is an integral part of black magic. These spells can have the strongest effect when cast in the right way. It derives it power from the Moon which is why love spells are more effective when cast on a full moon or during the waxing phase. Africa is said to be the birthplace and home to the most amount of black magic practitioners. Ancient Egyptians, Persians, and Middle Easterners also widely practiced black magic to dominate their rivals. A spell caster was able to manipulate certain forces of nature through this type of magic. Voodoo dolls were well known accessories used in all forms of black magic.
Black magic can be used positively to help win the heart of a man or woman. These can be powerful spells if they are performed in the right way. It can be used to improve business, to eliminate bad habits, and even by those looking for a decent job. Being a powerful form of magic it is best left to be performed by experienced practitioners. There are incantations involved, which are used mainly for the purpose of manipulation. It is believed that the downfall of certain empires in Ancient history were due to these powerful spells. Kings used the assistance of a spell caster to build up evil forces of negative energy to bring down kingdoms. Gods were also worshipped with black magic incantations. These incantations were considered as weapons with powerful spells being chanted with intensity. The chanting followed a certain formula to have a rhythmic effect and form vibrations to evoke negative energies in the atmosphere. Often, black magic incantations took the shape of riddles that could not be easily decoded by ordinary people. Only practitioners of this form of magic had the ability to decode such incantations and prevent it from creating any harm.
For the practitioner, some of what black magic is made of is not necessarily bad. Today, it has a lot in common with a few groups in society. Since many used black magic with intent to harm, the term became synonymous with evil. Those looking to cast powerful spells must understand the risk that the magic may not work at all unless performed to perfection. It could also work on the wrong person if correct information is not provided to the spell caster. Therefore, it is necessary to get it right the first time since undoing the effects of black magic requires a lot of work. The key is to find the spell caster before you go about casting spells.

Get Moving

Get Moving!

Conscious movement is a great mind-body awareness tool that can be used to resolve inner conflicts and gain better insights into the needs of your physical body.
I often receive emails from concerned readers asking me for advice on how to go about getting their chakra open and functioning. Normally this happens as a result of them being told (correctly or incorrectly) by someone that they have one or more non-functioning chakras.

It amazes me that anyone would tell someone that they have a closed chakra without offering any help on how to go about correcting the problem, other than to nudge them into consulting a healer trained in energy work who could evaluate their chakra system more thoroughly. It amazes me even more when someone doesn’t ask that person to elaborate as to why such an evaluation of their chakra system was made in the first place. Below is a sampling of a few of the emails that have come my way.
Sample Emails:
A psychic told me that my heart chakra is shut down because I repress my feelings. This really frightens me, what can I do to open up my heart?
A friend of mine thinks that I’m not grounded which indicates to her that my first chakra probably isn’t functioning. That’s not cool, what can I do to reverse this problem?
A healer I consulted wants to do a treatment on me to open up my chakras. This scares me. What will happen if I let him do this for me?
Be a Remedy Seeker - Ask Probing Questions
It can be interesting and initially helpful to be given a diagnosis that one or more of your chakras are not balanced or closed off. But afterward being told that you have an imbalance, it is not beneficial for you to move into a place of fear or acceptance. Don't go into despair or shrug it off, become a remedy seeker. If you are concerned that your chakras are imbalanced my advice is to consult with an energy worker to have your chakras professionally evaluated. Find out as much information as you can by asking probing questions about what is happening inside your body and your energy levels. Ask what types of healing treatment options are available. What can you do on your own to fix the problem or ease the imbalance? In the meanwhile, there are some exercises to try to help navigate your chakras toward wellness.
Below are a few I recommend:
Simple Chakra Exercises (Chakracises)
1. Crown Chakra Exercises - Chakracise your crown chakra through prayer or meditation.
2. Brow Chakra Exercises - Chakracise your brow chakra with visualization, remote viewing, and lucid dreaming.
3. Throat Chakra Exercises - Chakracise your throat chakra by gargling with saltwater, singing, or screaming.
4. Heart Chakra Exercises - Chakracise your heart chakra by doing push ups, swimming (breast stroke), and hugging yourself.
5. Solar Plexus Chakra Exercises - Chakracise your solar plexus chakra by dancing (do The Twist, hoola hooping, and belly dancing).
6. Sacral Chakra Exercises - Chakracise your sacral chakra with pelvic thrusts and circular pelvis movements.
7. Root Chakra Exercises - Chakracise your root chakra by stomping your feet upon the ground, marching, and doing squats.
8. Aura Cleansing Exercises - Chakracise your aura by cleansing it by showering, soaking an epsom salt bath, smudging with sage wand, or deep cleansing breaths.

Reiki Moms and Pregnancy
Love your baby with Reiki energies before the bundle of joy makes its appearance into the world.
Pregnant women and their unborn babies can benefit from Reiki's gentle and balancing energies either through Self Reiki or booking and receiving a treatment from a Reiki practitioner. The most beneficial component of using Reiki during pregnancy is that it is safe. Reiki does no harm, only good. Plus, it does not interfere with any other treatments. This makes Reiki a great choice for easing stresses and balancing emotional ups and downs an expectant mother may experience during the pregnancy. Reiki can also help reduce anxieties and manage pain in the labor room.

And do stay connected for I will be sharing a lot on this topic 2 next few days.

Love Yourself - Love Your Inner Family

In order to love yourself, you need to get to know your Inner Family
But what does loving yourself really mean? Is it about getting yourself a hot chocolate when you are cold? Is it about getting yourself a new dress when you feel like it? Is it doing whatever you want when you want? Is it about putting warm clothes on when its freezing outside?
Loving yourself means to learn to treat yourself like a loving parent would do with his child.
When you are an adult, you still have an Inner Child inside you. These are your emotions. At that level you still react like a child of 3-4 years old. Your emotions can not get older or mature. But you can get mature. You can learn how to respect them and how to handle them. You can learn how to take care of this Inner Child, a valuable part of your inner family.
When you are not aware of your Inner Child, you try to live in an adult world like a 4-year old boy or girl. You feel all alone, afraid of the big nasty world there outside, not knowing what to do, where to ask for help, how to protect you. This is a very difficult way of doing. You will always feel afraid, fearful, doubtful, tired. It is hard to try to survive as a child in a grown up world. You will feel angry and afraid most of the time, and lost.
Why is that? Because nobody takes care of that Little Child inside you. Lets say your name is Charlotte. You are 42 years old. Inside you lives your Inner Family. An important part of this Inner Family is the little Charlotte. She's four. When you are busy in the outside world taking care of other people, of business, of getting around, of doing a thousand things every day, the little Charlotte will feel overlooked. When you’re always running to help others, to make sure their needs are fulfilled, you will be exhausted every night and cry in your bed. Sometimes you will get temper tantrums. You will feel very angry without any reason (but still there is one, a big one!).
All of these big emotions are attempts from your Inner Child to get your attention. It is your Inner Family’s responsibility to take care of her.

Let’s look at your Inner Family another way. Imagine you have (in addition to your children, husband, colleagues, parents, and friends) a little four-year old girl named Charlotte. Nobody ever notices her. Nobody takes care of her. Whenever she tries to tell something and get some attention, you shout to her Shut up!. You say I have to take care of my parents, my work, my husband, my paperwork, my friends, my other children, my house I don’t have time for you!How do you think she will feel? What do you think she will do? First she will try to get your attention by showing big emotions. She will cry a lot, she will scream and shout, maybe shes getting aggressive from time to time. You think you’re angry at the outside world, but it is Your Inner Child that is angry with YOU! Shes sad and angry because you don’t care about her! You act as if she doesn’t exist! Nothing is worse than acting as if our Inner Child doesn’t exist. This means trying to live as if WE don’t exist.
The worst feeling in the world is being disloyal to one’s self. Nothing is worse than this!

How many times have we ignored what we felt in order to please someone else? How many times did we say to our Inner Child Shut up, you are not important, the other one is far more important than you are, go away, I don’t want to hear you, I don’t want to see you? Awful, isn’t it? And we do this every time we let the desire of the other one come before ours.
This little Charlotte inside, what will she do? She will give up after a while. After trying a long time to show her emotions, she will give up. She will get very tired of all this and she will say, It doesn’t matter, she doesn’t love me, she doesn’t want to take care of me, I’m not worth it, and she will get depressed.
Of course you will think you get depressed because of others, because of your work, because of your children, because of your husband or parents. It is nobody’s fault. But you have to learn how to take care of this Inner Child which is suffering from your lack of attention.
If you’re depressed and things still don’t change, there’s one weapon left to catch your attention: little Charlotte will get sick. Or she will get an accident. Maybe that way the adult Charlotte will finally learn to give attention to her Inner Child, which is as real (if not more) as a real child of flesh and blood.

You need to learn how to be a loving parent to yourself.
But what does that mean?
First you need to develop an Inner Mother as part of your Inner Family. If you were lucky and had a loving caring mother, you can use her as an example. Otherwise you need to invent a new Inner Mother, which is your feminine caring energy. Every time you have a strong emotion, your Inner Mother should ask your Inner Child, "What’s going on, my darling?" Listen to what your Inner Child has to say. Then you go on with the dialogue. Your Inner Mother might say, "Come here. Let me hold you, I love you as you are. I love you no matter what you feel."
Doing that, the heaviness of the emotions will lessen. Then the mother of your Inner Family can say these words, "I understand." These words are very important, because most of the time we don’t feel very normal having the feelings that we have. We try to ignore or suppress our feelings, which only makes them heavier.

Stay with these words and feelings for a while, and than ask, “What do you need?" However your Inner Child answers, just say, "We will ask this of your Father."
And here starts the task of the Father of your Inner Family, who is there to protect you and to act for you in the outside world. You would never send a four-year old asking for a raise at work or getting to resolve a conflict at school or with the neighbors, would you? So why do you try it? Send out your Inner Father to take care of whatever you have to do in the outside world. Your Inner Father is your male energy, which enables you to make decisions, to take action, to follow your inner guidance (which is located in you Inner Child, also called Intuition) and to manifest your Child’s desires in the world.
When your Inner Child needs to do something scary, imagine that your Inner Child stays at home with the Inner Mother who takes care of his feelings (I understand you’re afraid) and that your Inner Father goes out there to act. Your Inner Father is that part of your Inner Family which is able to handle stress, to take action, to arrange conflicts and everything that has to do with the outside world. If that part of you is missing because you didn’t have a good role model when you were young, you will have to create and develop it now instead.

Loving yourself is listening to your Inner Child, taking his/her emotions seriously, understanding what he/she feels and taking action in the desired direction. Loving yourself is having this dialogue with your Inner Family every morning when you open your eyes, every evening when you go to bed, and every time you notice that you are feeling a strong emotion.
Loving yourself is building a strong inner connection with yourself. It is creating your own loving Inner Family. You will never feel alone anymore. You are already there! Wherever you go, from now on you go with your Inner Family. You are not alone. You are loved and you are protected. You listen to yourself and take care of that precious little Child that has been waiting for so long to get your attention and love.

This is inner healing.

Chaos Creation Jun 6, 2015

Chaos Creation

Chaos, in this context, does not mean utter disorder and destruction. It is ‘Chaos’ in the Greek terminology Chaos, meaning nothingness and formlessness. Chaos was deity in its form just before creation.
Chaos is the most primal form of all Deity. It is both nothing and everything. It is the One and the none. Other names for Chaos are: Sage, Spirit, and the Great Spirit. Most commonly it is named “the All.”

The All is just that, All! It contains all forms of Deity: both Goddess and God. It is every Goddess:
•Kali,
•Freja,
•Isis,
•Shakti,
•Kwan Yin,
•Diana,
•Dana,
•Sehkmet,
•Cerridwen,
•Sophia,
•Hokhmah,
•Shekinah,
•or Yemaya.
It is every God:
•Lugh,
•Logos,
•Jehovah,
•Yahweh,
•Adonis,
•Attis,
•Shiva,
•Ganesh,
•Odin,
•Thor,
•Anubis,
•Osiris,
•Metatron,
•or Papa Legba.

The terms, ‘Spirit’ and ‘Great Spirit’ are used interchangeably. They refer to Deity before it divided into male or female. Of course this use of the word Spirit is different here than its use meaning ‘ghost’ or ‘specter.’
Early Christianity, highly preserved by the Gnostic Christians, held that Chaos was Deity named Sige. Sige means, “silence.” It was, in other words, pure silence before creation ever formed.
This form of Deity is androgynous, meaning it’s both genders: male and female, in one being. Chaos has no body, no mind, and no emotion. Some refer to Chaos as an essence. Some see Chaos as a mass of whirling light. Some see Chaos as an androgynous human, having both male and female parts and appearances. But even that takes away from its aspect of being both everything and nothing at the same time.
Chaos is the original state that contains Itself -- all beginnings and all endings. It is that which was, is, and will be. Chaos is dormant Deity. It is Deity at rest. Chaos is the between point of the destruction of a universe and the creation of a universe.
Goddess:
Goddess is the female division of Deity. Goddess was the side of creation that was darkness: spiritual, mental, and energetic. She is the division that creates and nurtures. She has three forms: Maiden, Mother, and Crone. These three forms make Her the Triple Goddess.

The Maiden is the youth of the Goddess. She is the blossoming young woman. The Maiden can be the essence of independence and self-worth or She can be the sexual and beautiful lover. She represents growth and new opportunities. She is the beginning of life.
The Mother is the womanhood of the Goddess. She is the strong woman. She is the creatrix, the giver of life, She who gives birth to creation. She can be the strong protective mother or the imperial queen of power. She represents fullness of power, desire, and strength. She is the lasting of life.
The Crone is the elderhood of the Goddess. She is the wise woman. She is the aged height of feminine might. She represents the wisdom that comes with age. She is the transformer and changer. She is the destroyer that enables rebirth to exist.
The Triple Goddess correlates to the Moon and its forms. The Waxing Moon is held under the form of the Maiden. The Full Moon is held under the form of the Mother. The Waning Moon is held under the form of the Crone.
So a waxing moon gives off the power to grow and be new. The full moon gives off the power to be full and at the zenith of strength. The waning moon gives off the power to banish and shrivel.

Maiden Goddesses:
Brigid- Celtic Goddess of Poetry and Smith craft. She is a crafter and artist and guardian of fire.
Flora - Roman Goddess of Flowers and Beauty. She is the adorable and delightful.
Kore - Greek Goddess of Spring and youth. She is young, playful and has the energy of springtime.
Artemis - Greek Goddess of the Hunt and Moon. She is the sporty, active one. She is also known in the Roman form as Diana.
Athena - Greek Goddess of Wisdom and War. She is the warrior who fights first with knowledge and moves to war if necessary. She is also known in the Roman form as Minerva.
Venus - Roman Goddess of Love and Beauty. She is the sexual temptress who holds ecstasy in love. She is also known in the Greek form as Aphrodite.

Mother Goddesses:
Gaea - Greek Goddess of the Earth and Mother of the Gods. She is the strong primeval mother who is the nurturer and giver of life.
Demeter - Greek Goddess of the Harvest and mother of Kore. She is the nurturer via grain as food. She could reward or punish through the fruitfulness or barrenness of the harvest.
Yemaya - African Goddess of life. She is the bounty of the oceans that make the lands fertile. She is protector of mothers and children.
Kybele - Phrygian Goddess of fertility and life. She is mother of the gods and queen of the earth and its heavens.
Crone Goddesses:
Hekate - pre-Greek Goddess of the Underworld. She is the Queen of Spirits and guardian of the key to rebirth.
Morrigan - Celtic Goddess of Ghosts. She is the sorceress and keeper of sovereignty.
Nephthys - Kemetic Goddess of the Spirit world. She is also a sorceress and guardian of the dead as it passes through the underworld.
Persephone - Greek Goddess of the Underworld. Though she is not by technicality a “Crone,” she does hold power in the Crone’s realm.

God:
God is the male division of Deity. God was the side of creation that was light, physical, and material. He is the division that maintains and changes. He essentially has two forms, but from tradition to tradition it changes and they all shall be covered here.
First is the two-form God or the Dual God. Celtics refer to these two forms as the Holly and Oak Kings. The Strega refer to these two forms as the Wolf and the Stag. Others may call them the Dark and Light Gods. But essentially they all hold a similarity: division of the year into the growing half and the waning half, based upon sunlight and nature’s cycle. And at each Solstice the two God forms commence in ritual battle to govern the next half of the year.

Waxing Half of The Year
The Waxing half of the Year is governed by the God in his forms of the Oak King, the Light God, or the Stag. These God forms win the ritual battle of the Winter Solstice and rule in power until the battle of the Summer Solstice. They represent growing strength, power, and the lengthening of the days.

Waning Half of the Year
The Waning half of the Year is governed by the God in his forms of the Holly King, the Dark God, or the Wolf. These God forms win the ritual battle of the Summer Solstice and rule in power until the battle of the Winter Solstice. They represent weakening strength, beginnings of death, and the shortening of the days.
Another set of God-forms is the Triple God. He is the Youth, the King, and the Sage. This triplicate governs more over the course of the day rather than of the year.

The Youth is the young man who is sporty and playful and strategic in all manners. He represents the morning part of the day.
The King is the high lord and master of the world. He possesses great strength. He represents the noon part of the day.
The Sage is the wise one and the shaman. He possesses great knowledge. He represents the dusk part of the day.
Quintile God Forms

The next set of God forms is the Quintile God Forms. This is a set of five god forms that also rally around the course of the day.
The Lad is the young one who symbolizes the dawn. He is new, cleansing, and beginning.
The Prince is the older one who symbolizes the morning. He is growing, building, and expanding.
The King is the lord who symbolizes the noon. He is charging, peaking, and potency.
The Father is the wise man who symbolizes the afternoon. He is weakening, declining, and setting.
The Ancient is the elder who symbolizes the dusk. He is ending and alleviating.

Importance of Inner Alignment

Many people in society today work at jobs they don't like, and find themselves with little or no time for activities that increase the quality of their lives. Such people are being kept out of alignment with their inner selves.
Traditionally, society has pressured people into conformity. Peer pressure to conform to an immediate social group begins at school because, from an early age, people are taught that they should conform to outside standards.
In England, the phrase "know your place" is used as a put-down to someone who has started to become outstanding in some way. In Australia, the traditional phrase is "cut down the tall poppies." In Japan, it is "The nail that sticks up shall be pounded down."
However, this pressure towards conformity has been lessening in recent decades, and it will continue to lessen as people realize that there is strength in diversity. Diversity is natural. Conformity is unnatural. In the universe, every snowflake, every person, and even every proton is unique. Together, the sum of the parts makes up a perfect universe of infinite diversity.
Diversity is designed into the universe because the universe exists in order that Infinite Being, the All That Is, may gain an infinite variety of experiences. In the case of human beings as expressions of the one source, we have freewill so that we can makes choices. Making choices, and experiencing the results of those choices, is what human life is all about.
Inner alignment means becoming more of your true self. Your inner being is your true self, and by developing your inner potential, you express more and more of your true self.
In heart-centered, New Reality consciousness, mutual support is shared between people. That means that being different is good, developing personal skills is good, and exploring your own potential is good. Deep within, everyone is equal. However, in your unique form of expression in the outer world, you are different to everyone else. Not better or worse, not more-than or less-than; just different, because diversity is natural and is honored through mutual respect.
The New Reality of heart-centered consciousness is being built on this Earth, one person at a time. New Reality consciousness is a supportive and empowered state of consciousness, rather than the Old Reality consciousness of separation and fear.
When a person manifests their own unique, inner being, they become aligned, in the way that a laser beam is aligned, rather than being scattered by external should's and should-not's. When many people in society become aligned in their own personal power, the whole becomes far more influential than the sum of the parts. In fact, it becomes exponentially more powerful.
When enough pioneers choose New Reality consciousness, there will come a day when their powerfully aligned influence will reach a critical mass. Then, it will transform the remainder of society and, suddenly, everyone will "get it." Society, as a whole, will then realize that heart-centered consciousness is the way forward into creating its bright, new future.

Come on YOU can do this!

How to Find Your Animal Spirit Guide.

Finding Your Totem
Totem animals are a popular tool for self exploration and development. However, it is not always easy to determine which animal is your personal totem.
Animal totems have existed in many cultures throughout the world. Recent years have seen a renewed interest in totems and their meaning, and their popularity only continues to increase. Today, many people are searching out their totem animals in the hope of deepening their understanding of self.

What is a Totem Animal?
In essence, animal totems are symbolic objects that are generally used to get in touch with certain qualities that you may already possess, but are hidden. These qualities are found within the particular totem animal, and often, you will feel a specific affinity for the animal totem, but this is not always the case.
It is possible to have several animal totems at different points in your life, as there are several types of totems. Totem animals will come into your life when you need them, and then be replaced when their assistance is no longer required. The direction your life takes will determine which totem animals you attract. These ‘animal guides’ will instruct and protect you, and will guide you back to your natural state of being. That is, they will help you to find the person you were meant to be. However, before they can do this, you must know who your totem animal is.

How Can I Discover My Animal Guide?
Some people know instinctively which animal is their totem without any guidance. Most people do not. If you fall into the latter category, there are several questions you can ask yourself to determine which animal might be your guide at this moment. Remember that your animal guide can change, so revisit these questions whenever you feel the need to.
Which animal do you feel most resonates with you? In other words, which animal are you most drawn to?
When you go to your local zoo, which animal do you always insist on seeing?
Is there an animal that you frequency see in your life with no logical reason? For example, do you see a squirrel every time you turn around?
If you could only research a single animal, which animal would you choose to research?
Is there any animal that you find particularly frightening or intriguing?
When you dream, does the same animal seem to present itself?

Search Yourself For Clues to Your Animal Totem
The answers to these questions may not yield any particular results. For some people, the answers will lead them to believe that they have several totem animals. For example, it is possible that you feel attracted to cats, want to see the monkeys at the zoo, see many squirrels around your house, love to research bears, and are terrified of spiders. Maybe you are also intrigued by horses, and see tigers in your dreams.
It is unlikely that all of these will be your totems all at the same time (though it is possible that they will all eventually have their parts to play). In this case, you’ll want to do some additional searching to find your totem animal. There are some exercises you can do to help you discover your animal guide, but you must never try to force an animal guide to come. They will sense this and avoid you.
This exercise takes patience, but it does eventually work for most people. Start by considering your answers to the pervious questions. Make a list of the animals on that list, and add any animal that has played a significant role in your life at any point. Look around your personal space and see if you have pictures or carvings of specific animals around you.

Start an animal journal. In this journal, record any animal that shows up in your life more than once. Your pet cat doesn’t count, because the cat will obviously be in your life. See if a stray cat sits outside your door frequently. Perhaps ravens gather outside your window. Maybe that hawk just will not get out of your dreams. Add these animals to your list.

Sit quietly and meditate upon your list. Ask that your true totem animal be revealed to you. If you feel the need, use incense, candles, or any other tools you feel comfortable with. Take your time and commit yourself to finding your totem animal.
Be patient when attempting to connect to your animal guide. There are many different types of totems out there, so it may take a while for your own totem to make itself known. Repeat your meditation over and over again until you are successful.

When you do eventually find your animal totem, make sure you honor the animal in question. Fill your space with pictures, paintings, of sculptures of your animal. Perhaps wear a pendant representing your totem. You might even want to have the animal itself in your home, assuming that your totem isn’t something exotic. Your animal totem should be respected as a friend, teacher, and guide.
